Affiliate Program

Program Overview

Ffbet offers an Affiliate Program designed to partner with marketers and publishers who refer players to Ffbet’s sportsbook, live casino, and games. The program operates on a performance-based model where commissions are earned from the monthly net losses of referred players, in accordance with this Agreement and its supplementary terms.

Commission Framework

Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the referred players’ net losses in each calendar month. The applicable rate is determined by the total monthly net losses attributed to your referrals, as follows:

  • USD 1 – 50,000: 5%
  • USD 50,001 – 500,000: 10%
  • USD 500,001 – 800,000: 20%
  • USD 800,001 – 1,000,000: 25%
  • USD 1,000,001 and above: 30%

No negative carryover applies. Any deficits incurred in a given month do not reduce commissions earned in future months; commissions for each period are determined solely by that period’s activity, subject to applicable deductions specified below.

Activation and Eligibility

Commission accrual begins only after the Partner achieves the minimum activity threshold within a calendar month: at least five active referred players, each of whom deposits at least USD 100 within a 30-day window. Activity is attributed to the Partner via a unique tracking identifier embedded in the affiliate link.

Tracking, Reporting, and Transparency

Partners receive access to a dedicated reporting portal with real-time data on clicks, registrations, deposits, and revenue share. Tracking relies on a cookie or equivalent technology; attribution is preserved for up to 60 days from initial referral activity, subject to system retention rules.

Payments, Settlement, and Deductions

Settlements occur on the last day of each calendar month. Commission payments are issued between the 2nd and 5th day of the following month, provided the accrued balance meets the minimum payout threshold of USD 100. Balances below the threshold are carried forward until the threshold is met, in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Promotional and marketing expenses, processing costs for player deposits/withdrawals, and any bonuses or rebates paid to referred players may be deducted from the commission payable in the subsequent payment cycle.
  • Minimum payout: USD 100 or equivalent in local currency. Currency conversions, if applicable, are based on the operator’s standard rate at payout time.

Dedicated Support and Compliance

Each Affiliate Partner is assigned a dedicated Affiliate Manager who provides guidance on performance optimization and compliance with applicable laws and promotional guidelines. Partners must use only approved promotional materials and maintain compliant advertising practices for all Ffbet-brand promotions.

Marketing, Brand Usage, and Compliance

Promotional assets, banners, and tracking links are supplied by Ffbet. Partners may not modify assets in a manner that misrepresents Ffbet, obscures terms, or creates misleading impressions about risk, terms, or guarantees. All marketing activities must comply with applicable regulations and clearly disclose the nature of the partnership.

Term, Termination, and Final Interpretation

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party in accordance with the Affiliate Terms. Upon termination, commissions attributable to referred players up to the termination date will be settled in the standard payment cycle. Ffbet reserves the right to interpret and apply this Agreement, including any commission calculations and deductions, in accordance with its terms and any updates thereto.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Affiliate Program is governed by the laws set forth in Ffbet’s Affiliate Terms and Conditions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism described therein, in compliance with applicable law.
