General Terms & Conditions

1. General

Ffbet provides online gambling services regulated by the applicable authority governing online gaming. The license and regulatory details, where applicable, are published on the Website. These Terms form a binding contract between you and Ffbet in relation to your use of the Services.

Definitions used in these Terms shall have the following meanings: Account — your personal account with Ffbet; Website — the online gateway through which the Services are accessed; Services — all casino, betting, gaming and promotional activities offered by Ffbet; Promotions — bonuses, free bets, loyalty credits and other offers available from time to time; Wager — any stake placed on a game or bet; Bonuses — promotional funds credited to your Account subject to these Terms.

These Terms may be amended from time to time. Ffbet will provide reasonable notice of material changes in accordance with section 12, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account

You may only access and use the Services if you meet the following eligibility requirements: you are at least the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to participate in gambling activities; you are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted; you are not personally prohibited from online gambling by any applicable law or order; and you comply with these Terms at all times.

  • 2.1 Account registration — to place bets or play, you must register for an Account by completing the on‑screen registration process and providing accurate information. You may be asked to verify your identity and other details in accordance with the Company’s verification procedures.
  • 2.2 Account ownership — an Account must be registered in your own name and shall not be duplicated or shared. You may have only one active Account. The Company may merge or close duplicate Accounts at its discretion and may reallocate funds as appropriate.
  • 2.3 Personal data and AML — you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention and anti‑money laundering measures, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • 2.4 Warranties on opening — by opening an Account you warrant that you understand the risks of gambling, are of legal age, are not excluded, and are able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.
  • 2.5 Excluded/Restricted territories — Ffbet reserves the right to deny access or refuse registration to players from certain jurisdictions or territories. The current Restricted Territories list is maintained by the Company and may be updated from time to time. Access from a restricted territory may lead to immediate restrictions on your Account and forfeit of funds where applicable.
  • 2.6 Compliance with laws — you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website and the Services complies with all applicable laws in the place where you reside or are temporarily located. If use is prohibited, you must not access or use the Services.

3. Account Management and Security

  • 3.1 Discretionary actions — Ffbet may, at its sole discretion and without explanation: (a) refuse to open or close an Account; (b) decline deposits; (c) request identity or other documents to verify the Account Holder or authorized use of a specific payment method; (d) transfer or license data or liabilities to affiliates or third parties; (e) hold funds in safeguarding accounts; (f) forfeit or suspend funds or refuse to settle a claim where Terms have been breached or illegal activity is suspected; (g) suspend or cancel participation in Games or Promotions for legitimate concerns of illegality, fraud or dishonesty; (h) suspend or cancel participation where cheating, collusion or use of automated systems is detected or suspected.
  • 3.2 Funds management — Ffbet shall manage Account Holder funds securely, and shall comply with applicable duties, taxes and data protection laws as required by law and regulation.
  • 3.3 Client funds — funds held on behalf of Account Holders shall be kept separate from Ffbet's own funds in a client trust or equivalent account with an approved Financial Institution where required by law.
  • 3.4 Interest — an Account does not accrue interest and shall not be treated as a deposit with savings or investment characteristics.
  • 3.5 One account per person — a single Account per natural person is permitted. If multiple Accounts exist in breach of this rule, the Company may block or delete extra Accounts and reallocate funds to a single Account.
  • 3.6 Non‑transferability — Accounts are non‑transferable. You may not sell, transfer or acquire an Account from or to another person.
  • 3.7 Prohibition on sharing — you shall not allow other individuals to access or use your Account, participate in Games, or accept any Prize on your behalf.
  • 3.8 Anti‑cheating and AI policy — the Company actively detects and prevents cheating, collusion, or use of automated software or AI to gain an unfair advantage. You acknowledge that detection methods may include monitoring running software and system processes on your device. You agree not to use such programs or AI Software in connection with the Services.

4. Responsible Gaming

  • 4.1 Account limits — you may set deposit limits and other self‑imposed restrictions via your Account settings in accordance with the Residence‑based options available to you.
  • 4.2 Limit changes — increasing or revoking a limit takes effect after a defined processing period; decreasing a limit takes immediate effect. The Company will not permit wagers that violate a self‑imposed limit or exclusion.
  • 4.3 Financial risk and cessation — if the Company reasonably believes your gambling may cause financial or personal harm, it may suspend or close your Account.
  • 4.4 Support — the Company provides Responsible Gaming resources on the Website and encourages seeking help if gambling becomes problematic.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

  • 5.1 Bonus terms — promotions are subject to their own terms published in the Promotions section. The maximum bet while a casino bonus is active is €5 per spin on a slot, or 15% of the total bonus amount, whichever is higher or lower as stated in the respective offer.
  • 5.2 Changes to promotions — Ffbet may modify, suspend or terminate Promotions at any time. Eligibility, wagering requirements and game contributions apply as stated in the Promotion terms and may be updated.

6. Deposits, Withdrawals and Currencies

  • 6.1 Accepted currencies — the Services support the following currencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), Cardano (ADA), Ripple (XRP), Tron (TRX), Binance Coin (BNB), Solana (SOL), Tether (USDT) and USD Coin (USDC). Additional currencies may be added at the Company’s discretion.
  • 6.2 Network and deposits — each currency must be deposited using its dedicated blockchain network and address. Cross‑chain transfers or deposits to non‑dedicated addresses are not supported and such transactions may be lost irretrievably.
  • 6.3 Withdrawals — withdrawals are processed in the same currency used for the deposit, subject to identity verification and any applicable limits. Verification documents may be requested prior to processing withdrawals. Processing times may vary but are typically completed within the stated turnaround times after successful verification.
  • 6.4 Verification and AML — Ffbet reserves the right to request documents to verify identity, address and payment methods. Withdrawals may be withheld or cancelled if verification is not completed or if activity is deemed suspicious or in breach of these Terms.
  • 6.5 Deposits to incorrect addresses — deposits sent to an incorrect or non‑dedicated address may be lost. The Company shall not be liable for such losses.
  • 6.6 Fees and charges — Ffbet does not charge fees on deposits. Network fees or wallet charges may apply and are borne by the sender. Withdrawals may be subject to limits and fees as disclosed on the Withdrawal page.
  • 6.7 Currency exchange — on‑site currency exchange is not provided for gameplay. Balances are maintained in the primary currency; a USD reference balance may be displayed but wagers are settled in the primary currency.
  • 6.8 Withdrawals to deposit addresses — withdrawals to a deposit address or any address associated with the Account is strictly prohibited and may result in temporary or permanent restrictions on the Account.
  • 6.9 Minimum deposits — minimum deposit amounts per currency are posted on the Deposit page. Deposits lower than the minimum may be rejected and will not be credited.
  • 6.10 XRP destination tag — if depositing XRP, include the destination tag specified in the deposit instructions; omitting the tag may result in loss of funds.

7. Fees and Taxes

You are responsible for all taxes and duties arising from winnings in your jurisdiction. Ffbet does not provide tax advice and makes no representations regarding tax treatment. Any tax obligations remain with the Account Holder.

8. Disclaimer of Liabilities

  • 8.1 Gambling risks — participation in the Services involves the risk of financial loss. The Company provides the Services on an as‑is basis and disclaims warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • 8.2 Technical issues — Ffbet is not liable for hardware or software failures, connectivity interruptions or other technical problems that affect access to the Website or the Services.
  • 8.3 Corrections of errors — in the event of a wager confirmation or payment error, the Company reserves the right to correct or cancel the affected transactions in accordance with applicable laws and the wagering terms in effect at the time of the error.
  • 8.4 Incorrectly credited winnings — if winnings are credited in error, the erroneous amount remains the property of the Company and may be reversed. If you have withdrawn funds obtained in error, you shall repay those funds on demand.
  • 8.5 No warranties — to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its directors, employees and service providers do not warrant that the Website or Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error‑free.
  • 8.6 Indemnification — you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ffbet and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses or damages arising from your use of the Website or breach of these Terms.
  • 8.7 Final determination — the Company reserves the final right to determine whether you have violated these Terms, which may result in suspension or permanent exclusion from the Services.
  • 8.8 Instant settlement — bets and winnings are settled immediately where applicable. No refunds or service terminations are provided by virtue of gameplay in progress or after a wager is placed on the Account.

9. Your Obligations as a Player

  • 9.1 Compliance and truthful information — you represent that you are of legal age, you participate for your own account and not on behalf of another person, and all information provided is true and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted via your Account.
  • 9.2 Unauthorized access — if you suspect that another person has gained access to your Account, you must notify Ffbet immediately. The Company may suspend or restrict activity on the Account pending investigation and is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where you failed to protect your login details.
  • 9.3 Prohibited conduct — you shall not participate in cheating, collusion, or any unlawful or fraudulent activities in connection with the Services, and you shall not use software or devices designed to manipulate game outcomes.
  • 9.4 Virtual funds — Account balances represent virtual funds for gambling purposes; they are not a deposit or investment and do not accrue interest.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Ffbet processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The Policy explains the purposes of processing, data retention periods, your rights in relation to data, and the measures taken to safeguard information. By creating an Account you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Policy and these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction applicable to the Company’s operations. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the specified location, or through courts with competent jurisdiction if so permitted by applicable law, subject to injunctive or other equitable relief where appropriate.

12. Changes to These Terms

Ffbet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided by the Website or by other means. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may withdraw any remaining funds according to the withdrawal procedures and cease using the Services.
