Bonus Policy

Scope

This Bonus Policy governs all promotional offers issued by Ffbet within the Casino. It sets out eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, game contributions, timeframes, and withdrawal conditions applicable to bonus funds and free spins. Promotions are subject to the general terms and conditions of Ffbet and may be amended or withdrawn at the operator’s sole discretion without prior notice.

Bonus Types and Allocation

  • First Deposit Bonus: 100% match up to €750 plus 100 Free Spins. Free Spins are issued in four batches of 25, distributed daily over four consecutive days after the initial deposit.

  • Third Deposit Bonus: 75% match up to €750 plus 100 Free Spins. Free Spins are issued in four batches of 25 within the period beginning after the deposit and continuing for four days.
  • Fourth Deposit Bonus: 25% match up to €2000 plus 100 Free Spins. Free Spins are issued in four batches of 25 within the four-day window following the deposit.
  • Friday Promotional Spins: Up to 100 Free Spins on a deposit made on Friday. The allocation is tiered as follows: deposits of €20 yield 20 Free Spins, €50 yield 50 Free Spins, and €100 or more yield 100 Free Spins. Free Spins are valid only in Bonus Games.

  • Free Spins: To activate Free Spins, the corresponding deposit must be wagered as specified (typically deposit amount multiplied by 1). Free Spins winnings count toward the wagering requirement and are subject to the same 40x condition.
  • Maximum Bet During Wagering: While a bonus is active and its wagering is outstanding, the maximum stake per spin/bet is limited to €5, $5, or 25 PLN. Higher bets may invalidate the bonus or forfeit wagering progress.
  • Contribution by Game Type: Slots contribute 100% toward wagering. Table games, live dealer games, and certain game configurations are partially contributed or excluded from wagering, as defined in the specific bonus terms. If a game is excluded, it may not be played while the bonus is active.

Free Spins Details

  • Free Spins are tied to the underlying deposit and are usable only in Bonus Games. Free Spins winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements (see above).
  • The Free Spins are issued in batches as described in the specific bonus terms and must be claimed within the timeframes stated for each offer. Free Spins winnings are capped per bonus (for example, a cap of ten times the initial deposit amount may apply).

Maximum Winnings and Cashout Rules

  • Max win from Free Spins portion of any bonus is capped, typically at a multiple of the deposit amount (for example, x10 of the deposit or its currency equivalent). Winnings beyond the cap are not payable.
  • Withdrawal of bonus funds and related winnings is subject to meeting all wagering requirements and any additional verification steps. Bonused funds may be converted to real balance only after successful completion of wagering obligations.
  • Per-bonus maximum withdrawal limits apply to each promotion. If the cap is reached, remaining winnings attributable to the bonus may be forfeited on withdrawal attempts.

Game Contributions and Restrictions

  • Only eligible casino games contribute to wagering while a bonus is active. Slots contribute fully unless otherwise specified; non-slot games may contribute at reduced rates or be excluded. Live Casino and certain high volatility titles may be excluded from wagering.
  • During active bonus periods, many jackpot slots and certain providers’ titles are restricted from usage with bonus funds. If a game is restricted, playing it may forfeit wagering progress and invalidate bets placed with a bonus.

  • Bonus activity may be monitored for responsible gaming purposes. If cooling-off measures or self-exclusion are applied, bonuses may be suspended or prevented from being issued.

Modification, Duration, and Termination of Promotions

Promotional offers have published parameters and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time by the operator without prior notice. Each offer may include a defined validity window; where stated, the window governs eligibility and wagering progression. All changes will be communicated through official channels of Ffbet.
